ST. LOUIS - Crews are at the scene of a vacant building fire in midtown, St. Louis Wednesday, morning.The St. Louis Fire Department revealed that the incident started as a warming fire on the second floor. Upon arrival, a witness shared that multiple people were inside the building. Top story: Missing St. Charles woman found dead; 1 man in custody Firefighters searched the building, and did not find anyone. One man did escape the fire by himself with no injuries.This is the second time in the last month that the vacant building caught ablaze. Streets should be open within the next hour. FARMINGTON, Mo. - Farmington police have issued an endangered person advisory for 12-year-old Lisa Mae-Gladys Pierce.She's 5'3, 163 pounds, with blue eyes, and black hair with a red tint. She also has a burn mark on her left wrist.She was last seen wearing a black hoodie with "JT" in white letters, and jeans with holes in them. Police say she has a diminished mental capacity.
