Preliminary talks starting next week in Bonn, Germany, will show whether the incoming UAE presidency can overcome skepticism among ...

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — Turkey’s longtime president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is to be sworn in for his third term on Saturday.
